The Airbus Clock Monitoring and Control Unit (CMCU) high-performance, 10.23 MHz master clock generation unit, designed for satellite navigation systems. One of it's key features include direct digital frequency synthesis with hyper-fine tuning steps to correct frequency drifts of atomic clocks while not degrading their performance. CMCU also consists frequency comparison system that determines drifts between two atomic clocks and has frequency distribution networks along with seamless switching capability. The product weighs 5.2 kgs and has an average power consumption rate of 21 Watts. It also has the capability to monitor discrete clock interfaces.
