Summary

The Airbus High Performance Data Processor (HPDP) is a radiation-hardened fully reprogrammable platform designed for space missions. Its key features include autonomous navigation for lander units and rovers as well as consists of three SpaceWire interfaces for monitoring and controlling operating at 100 Mbps on each channel with routing capabilities. The platform is ITAR free and it is based on STM Rad hard 65nm CMOS technology platform for space applications. It also consists of 40 arithmetic logic units (ALU) processing array elements (PAEs 16-bit) running with 250MHz each and two Harvard type VLIW 16-bit processor cores (FNCs) running at 125MHz.
