The Arralis Ka-PA-2731-EVAL is a Ka band MMIC Evaluation Board designed to assist in the testing of the Ka-PA-2731 power amplifier.
It consists of an additional 50Ω line to help with calibration to the MMIC die.
The board is available as a fully-assembled product as well as in the self-assembly form. It has more than 18dBm of output power at connectors and 20dB gain from connector to connector.
