Summary
In the frame of the Kent Ridge 1 mission, Berlin Space Technologies developed HSI-100, a dual-band VNIR & SWIR hyperspectral payload. The instrument is built upon a proprietary technology from Singapore.
A special filter element allows the camera to act as a polarizing Fourier transform hyperspectral camera (PolarFour™). The payload incorporates a high performance data processing unit and data storage (DPU) for each of the two bands.
Note: the HSI-100 is no longer under production. Please have a look at the successor: the High Resolution Video Camera (HRVI-6HD) 2nd generation.
