Summary
The IQ Spacecom HiSPiCO is an S-Band Transmitter for broadband downlink to ground stations, suitable for nano and pico satellites in LEO.
The miniaturized system has low power consumption and is designed to be a cost-effective solution for CubeSats. The system has achieved TRL9 and is qualified for a lifetime of 2 years in LEO.
An optional HiSPiCO planar antenna is available, compatible with the transmitter. The antenna can be customized based on the frequency, mounting, and dimensional needs with either circular or linear polarization. Standard design antennas are available in shorter delivery times for easier integration.
An optional HiSPiCO receiver includes a demodulator, down converter, and decoder. The usage data output is available on the Ethernet interface, which is compatible with the transmitter.
Individual receiver solutions with antenna feeds are available that include power bias and low noise amplifiers for external components.
Customizations
Both customer-specific designs and turn-key solutions are available.
