The NanoAvionics Payload Controller 2.0 is a subsystem designed to interface between the payloads and NanoAvionics CubeSat bus. The controller provides a number of different interfaces for payload connection and can buffer data from payloads. It also controls the S-Band transmitter or transceiver to transmit the buffered data to ground Station.
