The Aurora Propulsion Technologies Aurora Resistojet Module, ARM-A system is a water-based propulsion unit that provides full 3 degrees-of-freedom (DoF) attitude control, utilizing resistojet (warm gas) thrusters

The system is suitable for a variety of attitude control applications such as de-tumbling, pointing the payload, antennas or solar panels, and stabilizing attitude during propulsive manoeuvres.

The ARM-A is modular by design, with various elements that can be customized according to mission requirements, including the tank and module size, and the thrust level.

The system uses safe, easy to handle water-based propellant and features integrated attitude determination functionality.

The flight-qualified thrusters are also designed for low power consumption and include easy-to-use digital command interfaces, either on CAN, I2C or RS485.
