All types of battery packs have passed the verification of mechanical vibration, thermal vacuum, and mechanical impact space environment at the appraisal level. Modular batteries have the characteristics of flexible assembly and short supply cycle. They can be assembled into 23Ah/32Ah/55Ah/110Ah battery modules with 28V/42V bus voltage, and meet the task requirements of battery packs with different bus voltages and capacities through splicing and convergence. Flight heritage
At present, our product has successfully tested in orbit on multiple satellites such as the Pr-1, pulsar experimental satellite, HY satellite, JS-1, and SD scientific experimental satellite. The longest in orbit flight has reached 7 years, and is still working smoothly.
Manufacturing
Pioneer Satellite has constructed China's first smart automated production line for satellite core components, with an annual output of 200 sets of satellite core components. The production line has successfully mass-produced solar arrays, elevating the product yield from 70% to over 98%. It also makes the production cycle 50% shorter, cuts the cost to 30% and enables a two-thirds reduction in lead time compared to traditional modes compared to traditional methods.
