Summary

The Cubecom XANT X-band Patch Antenna is an 8 dBi maximum boresight gain, circularly polarized antenna designed for nanosatellites.

It has an axial ratio of less than 3 dB over the 8-8.4 GHz band and a measured beamwidth of 60°.

The XANT X-band antenna has a low profile, with a height of 5mm. This enables mounting to the exterior of a nanosatellite structure, without interfering with the launch pod.

It also includes an integrated radome to protect against corrosion and the only RF interface included is a single SMP connector.
