Our production process is tailored to specific mission requirements, utilizing advanced materials that deliver outstanding thermal performance. By working closely with our customers, we ensure that every blanket is optimized for its unique environment and mechanical constraints.

All manufacturing and assembly processes are carried out in-house within our dedicated ISO Class 8 cleanroom, featuring strict temperature and humidity control to guarantee the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Flight heritage

Proven Flight Heritage: More than 470 satellites are currently orbiting with DHV technology, including over 250 CubeSats and 200 SmallSats We deliver reliability where it matters most.

Manufacturing

Our facilities cover 3,700 m², including ISO8-certified cleanrooms, dedicated manufacturing areas and in-house AIT capabilities.
