The Derong Co. triple junction flexible thin film GaAs solar cell has a demonstrated efficiency of higher than 30% under AM0 illumination and higher than 34% under AM1.5G illumination. It has several advantages such as high photoelectric conversion efficiency, lightweight, flexibility, good reliability and low cost. lt is ideally suited for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), aerospace, vehicles, consumer electronics and loT applications.
