Key highlights

At JAOPS, we specialize in delivering turnkey Mission Control Centers (MCCs) designed to meet the exacting needs of modern space operations. Whether you're launching your first CubeSat, operating a lunar lander, or managing a constellation, we provide end-to-end solutions that are reliable, scalable, and mission-ready from day one.

Our service covers the entire lifecycle of a mission control center: from requirements definition and system architecture to integration, deployment, and operational support. Leveraging powerful open-source tools like Yamcs, we build agile and cost-effective ground segment infrastructures that adapt to your mission—not the other way around.

We understand that no two missions are the same. That’s why our MCCs are designed to be modular, customizable, and future-proof, ensuring seamless integration with your existing systems, satellites, and mission planning tools. You’ll get a fully operational setup tailored to your technical and operational needs, along with comprehensive documentation, training, and support.

Whether it's for LEO, GEO, deep space, or uncrewed aerial systems, we bring decades of multi-domain experience to help you fly with confidence. With JAOPS, you don’t just get a control center—you gain a mission partner.

Flight heritage

Our team brings proven flight heritage across diverse mission domains. With over 10 years of experience in ISS operations, we’ve supported complex, real-time human spaceflight activities. We've spent 5 years preparing for lunar missions, including surface operations, navigation, and communications. Our track record includes surface operations for a lunar rover, delivering mission planning and control tools for a successful Moon deployment. Additionally, we’ve supported Earth observation platforms for over 2 years, providing scalable ground segment solutions for continuous data acquisition and monitoring. This diverse background ensures our Mission Control Centers are built on real operational insight—tested in orbit, on the Moon, and across Earth observation domains.

Testing & qualification

With a strong commitment to quality and security, we have successfully supported the implementation of AS9100 and ISO 27001 standards.

Customers

We have worked with notable partners, including the Dymon Mission and Space Robotics Labs, to provide tailored mission control solutions. Additionally, our services have been deployed successfully for ten customers, ranging from commercial satellite operators to academic institutions.
