Key highlights

The NANOWAVE NWPA1200-56 is a Ku-band Continuous Wave Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) for continuous wave (CW) operation.

It offers a very high amplitude and phase linearity over the respective frequency band. The amplifiers can be used for pulsed RF operation, offering high pulse-to-pulse stability.

The SSPAs comprise GaN transistor technology. The entire RF section based on NANOWAVE's HMIC technology is hermetically sealed.
