Northern Waves manufactures custom antennas using proprietary additive manufacturing (AM) technologies with a focus on metal laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). This process enables the production of fully monolithic antenna structures, eliminating the need for multi-part assemblies that often introduce alignment issues, leakage paths, and mechanical weaknesses.
