Key highlights
This is an anti-radiation four-channel step-down micro-module voltage stabilizer that meets the requirements of space applications. It adopts ceramic packaging technology and can meet the working requirements of the entire temperature range. The control chip adopts the 0.18μm BCD process.
The packaging form adopts BGA77, with typical external dimensions of 9mm×15mm×4.45mm. The operating environment temperature ranges from -55℃ to +125℃.
The input voltage range is 4V to 14V, and the output voltage range is 0.6V to 5.5V. It can provide four 4A currents. When the four channels are used in parallel, it can provide a single 16A current.
