Key highlights

The Remos Sequencer is a rack-mounted automation unit for deterministic RF path control in satellite ground station chains. It integrates RF switches, PSU, HPAs, BIAS-Ts, and PLC logic in a single 4U enclosure. Primary functions include ordered Tx/Rx switching, HPA and LNA control, transmit protection, and safety interlocks for half-duplex TT&C operations. The Sequencer is controlled from the Remos Expedite modem over Modbus TCP/IP, with additional access via REST API and SSH. An integrated touchscreen LCD displays relay states and internal temperature for local monitoring. RF interfaces use SMA female connectors on the radio side and N-type female on the antenna side. The unit operates on 110–240 V AC and connects via 2.5 GbE Ethernet. It is suitable for unattended and remote ground station operations. The Sequencer is available standalone or as part of an integrated delivery with the Expedite modem, including as a subsystem of the Remos SmallSat Ground Station turnkey kit.
