Key highlights

Space Composite Structures DENMARK (SCSDK) offers black struts thare are filament wound and 100% carbon / epoxy struts. SCSDK's black struts can yield a 60% mass reduction compared to Invar CTE=0 solutions.

The black struts offered by SCSDK can be delivered with two different interface types: clevies and threaded. Black struts are extremely thermally stable: CTE = 0 (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) from -175C to +50C. The black struts are designed and tested for CME = 0 (Coefficient of Moisture Expansion).

Black struts can be used for a wide range of applications and in-house manufacturing ensures low cost. Test results are available on request.
