Key highlights

The SkyFox Labs nanoPATCH-L1 is an Active CubeSat GPS-L1 Antenna with LNA and SAW filter (1575.42 MHz) designed for space applications. Its minimum size is perfectly suitable to be embedded into crowded satellite walls. An Engineering Model with Remove Before Flight finish and groundplane emulator for CubeSat X/Y +/- side is available.

Squeeze Size. | Keep Performance.

The nanoPATCH-L1 is a long-term optimized CubeSat GPS Antenna specially designed for modern satellites, CubeSats and the majority of University projects, where the satellite development team requires a module with limited size, to be incorporated into an already "fully occupied" satellite wall.

Note: The module requires to be incorporated into RF conductive panels such as PCB with fully flooded copper plane or aluminum solar panel wall. The conductive surface acts as a groundplane which naturally equalizes the antenna radiation pattern. Optimal performance is achieved once the nanoPATCH-L1 is fixed using countersunk screws.

Robust MCX-F connector maintains perfect RF perfomance as well as electrical connection and mechanical stability. For really tight accomodations a right-angle version is mounted on request.

Just connect the RF Coaxial cable with DC power from 2.7 to 5.5V and start to receive first signals from the GPS constellation with your GPS Receiver!
