The core business of our company is the manufacturing of vacuum equipment and components for various industries, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food, vacuum and heat treatment industries.

Integrated accessories: Equip door with built-in components such as hinges, viewports, several flange types, handles, lifting lugs and electrical feedthroughs compatible with the highest demands.

Vacuum performance: Proven, measured and tested vacuum performance suitable for even for the most demanding applications.
Both Viton O-ring and NBR sealing are optional for removable walls. Inner surface can be electropolished for the most demanding applications.

Solid base: When space and weight capacity are limited, take advantage of our ready-to-use customizable support table allowing any type of adjustment or alignment. Choose between heavyweight and lightweight support frames.

Precision cleaning: Cleaning procedures guarantee the best vacuum performance by removing leftover particles and
shapeless contaminants that adhere to the surface.
 
Vacuum Control: Our chambers can include a turnkey vacuum system for pumping, measurement and HMI interface.

Optical tables and breadboards: Integrated tables are ready for the most stable optical applications and can be integrated into welded chambers. Optical tables can be attached inside a chamber or on a separate support frame.

Removable walls: Custom made welded chambers can have limited modularity by integration of some removable walls. Both aluminium and stainless steel walls with various surface modifications are available.

Vacuum chamber: Both aluminium and stainless steel are possible with various surface modifications and shapes. We have manufactured many different shapes in large size range between 80 millimeters and 14 meters.
