Key highlights
EASE-Rise simplifies operations management through abstraction and automation, scales as needed depending on mission needs, and increases responsiveness at a lower cost. Designed specifically for constellations, it is highly customisable at all levels.
The platform aggregates data to facilitate investigations and uses powerful APIs to maximise interoperability with other solutions. Data from different assets can be combined through plots and dashboards for real-time visualisation.
It is cloud native: Utilises microservices and serverless functions deployed via infrastructure as code.
It is secure and reliable: Incorporates AWS’s secure virtual infrastructure, with advanced surveillance and access control systems.
It is resilient: Ensures mission data is stored in highly secure, redundant environments.
It is elastic: Deployed on shared, virtual, and elastic infrastructure, it can scale up and down on demand.

Key features
End-to-End Platform
All systems share a common infrastructure - a single source of truth model for all.
Simple Access from Anywhere
Manage exposure to complexity, and maintain access to relevant information - ergonomic and visual.
Operations as a Service (OaaS)
An all-inclusive portfolio of ground segment OaaS, you benefit from life-long experience in satellite operations and a team invested in matching your timeline and constellation ambitions – no matter the size.
Customization
EASE-Rise is highly customisable. It’s designed as a modular, cloud-native platform, which means:
Modular Architecture: Users can add, remove, or modify components based on mission needs.
API Integration: Easily connects with existing systems, tools, and ground segments.
UI Customisation: Dashboards and interfaces can be tailored to specific roles or preferences.
Workflow Flexibility: Supports custom automation scripts and operational workflows.
Mission-Specific Adaptation: Can be configured for different satellite types, constellations, and mission profiles.
Flight heritage
The launch of SpaceX's Transporter-12 in January 2025 marked a big milestone for EASE-Rise, with three clients in one launch.
Export control
Telemetry, telecommands, alert thresholds, and more can be imported onto the platform simply through a JSON file for each new mission asset.
A dry-run will highlight potential issues and inconsistencies in the asset database before merging the new asset or the asset changes to the mission tree.
