The company's proprietary algorithms are driven by cutting-edge machine learning algorithms. The range of services include in-orbit servicing such as Space Situational Awareness (SSA), collision avoidance, satellite inspection, space rendezvous and docking. In addition, IO also provide spectrum reservation services for GEO satellite operators.

The company was founded in 2017 by aerospace engineers and telecom entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Singapore, along with offices at France and UK.
