The company has more than 50 employees with its headquarters in Colorado and a UK and Europe office in Harwell. Orbit Fab has over $20M in customer contracts and is backed by investors including 8090 Industries, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, SpaceFund, Bolt, and Munich Re Ventures.

The company sells the RAFTI (Rapidly Attachable Fluid Transfer Interface) satellite refueling port as a commercial product, which first flew on Orbit Fab's Tanker-001 Tenzing mission in 2021. It has now been baselined on more than 100 commercial and government satellites.
