Shanghai New Industrial Optoelectronic Tech. Co., Ltd. designs, develops and manufactures spaceborne optical payload products. It was founded in November 2000 as a high-tech enterprise in the space domain. It is located in the Lingang new area, part of the China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone.

The company's main business scope includes:

1. processing and producing optical components, regular optical parts, optical lenses, etc, 
2. super low reflectance coating (SLRC) for high difficulty and complex surface optical lens, and
3. designing, developing, and manufacturing whole spaceborne hyperspectral cameras.

The company has a professional team of nearly 60 people, including senior engineers in the fields of satellite optical payload design, optical lens, circuit, algorithm, hardware control, etc. They have rich experience in research and development of aerospace related products for many years.
