Satellites utilized by Space-Eyes have what is known as Phased Array Structure. This allows to steer radar beams by providing different scanning modes. The nature and advantage of RADAR satellites over Optical is that RADAR satellites can see 24/7, at night, through cloud cover and during inclement weather.
