Key highlights
The S-Band 500 W Ultra-Linear PA Subsystem is designed for S-band RF links that require high output power, linear performance and integrated control. Covering 2.0-2.2 GHz with 60 MHz operating bandwidth, the PA supports >500 W saturated output, >250 W linear QPSK output and >50 W linear WCDMA output with specified ACPR performance. It includes external on/off control, RF output power, temperature and DC bias monitoring, plus an integrated alarm signal, making it suitable for satellite communications payloads, TT&C transmitters and other S-band systems where linearity and health telemetry are important.
Applications
S-band satellite communications, S-band TT&C transmitters, QPSK RF links, WCDMA RF links, ultra-linear power amplifiers, payload transmit chains, LEO/MEO/GEO communications, telemetry downlinks.
