Arquimea has state-of-the-art machinery resources such as MAKINO, DMG, JUNG, HEXAGON, inter alia, to meet the following requirements of the customer as part of the service:

  • Mechanical design and analysis: CAD-CAE
  • CAD-CAM 4+1 axis machining, lathes, machining centres, tangential and cylindrical grinding machines, sinker, wire and deep-hole drilling electrical discharge machining (EDM)
  • Precision assembly
  • Dimensional control, inspections, load and electrical tests and trials, P and T testing
  • A fully computerised production and management system, located close to the paperless plant, controls and reduces lead times
  • 90sqm ISO-8 (Class 100,000) clean room with TVAC
  • TVAC

The process certification and quality standards of MAIT include the following:

  • UNE-EN 9100 & UNE-EN ISO 9001
  • Electrical discharge machining (EDM): sinker, wire and deep-hole drilling
  • Welding: TIG, MIG/MAG, for carbon and stainless steels, duralumin and special alloys
  • Visual inspection, penetrating liquids
  • ISO-8 (Class 100,000) clean room
  • Certifications from CESOL, AEND, ROLLS-ROYCE, ITP, AIRBUS, NATO
