ASTROFEIN offers a variety of mechanical and thermal tests in their Berlin environmental simulation laboratory.

Thermal vacuum chamber (TVAC) testing can be performed in the temperature range 60°C to +150°C and in a vacuum environment down to 10^(-5) mbar.

The facility generates controlled high vacuum and performs thermal balancing, bake-out, or thermal vacuum cycle tests.

It is also possible to perform optical infrared measurements in the range of 600nm – 40µm through a sight glass window.
