InOrbit NOW is a family of end-to-end solutions for CubeSats and microsatellites. It includes launch and deployment services, IOD/IOV missions, and a set of add-on services.

Launch and deployment services

InOrbit NOW offers launch and deployment services through a CubeSat and microsatellites deployer called ION Satellite Carrier and proprietary dispensers called DPODs and DCUBEs.

​ION SATELLITE CARRIER is a platform able to modify its own orientation, altitude, and local time of ascending node (LTAN) to quickly deploy CubeSats and microsatellites into precise and independent orbital slots, allowing customers to start their missions faster and in optimal operational conditions.

IOD/IOV missions

ION IOD/IOV is a plug-and-play platform for in-orbit demonstration and validation based on ION Satellite Carrier. The platform provides well defined mechanical, electrical, and data interfaces, access to host resources, attitude control, flexible pricing, and multiple launch options in LEO, SSO, and GEO.

Acceptance Tests

CubeSats and microsatellites must pass an array of acceptance tests, like thermal vacuum, vibrations, and shock. D-Orbit offers services to customers to support them in executing the necessary tests.

Insurance

In the space business, things can go wrong in the most unexpected way. D-Orbit offers a turnkey insurance package covering the entire life cycle of CubeSat and microsatellite missions, from engineering to the very end. The insurance covers every payload of the satellite, providing a parachute in case of partial failure. D-Orbit has partner with insurance players in the market to provide you with competitive conditions.

Transportation

D-Orbit offers specialized transportation services from the manufacturing laboratory to their integration facility. D-Orbit's service focusses on ensuring the integrity of the equipment they are tasked with transporting.
