In Space Manufactured Dcubed’s solar arrays are built using a modular approach, which makes them extremely compact (about half the volume of a standard deployable solar array), and light-weight (with a 2/3 weight reduction), while exhibiting extreme durability. This allows for maximum power generation for a given mass and volume, but at the same time reduces the cost by one order of magnitude and the lead time by months.
