Key highlights

THE LIGHTEST 6U STRUCTURE EVER MADE

MODULAR  ·  ADAPTABLE  ·  CONFIGURABLE

The EXA ULS-6U is the Ultra-Lightweight Structure for 6U CubeSats, made of a special, space-grade TRL-9 alloy and anodized aluminum 6061-T6. Because of this special metallic composition and clever engineering, at the time of writing, it is the lightest such structure in the world at a maximum of 384g. Despite its feather-like weight, the structure is very rigid and sturdy, using the internal components to also reinforce the assembly in a cyclical reinforcement system.
